- weaned birds...Any bird not requiring hand feeding, purchased from Jungle Enterprises of Miami, may be returned for credit only (no cash refunds) within 72 hours of arrival. Any freight charges incurred shall be at the purchasers expense. Jungle Enterprises will accept such returns for any reason.. However no returns will be accepted after 72 hours.
- hand feeding babies...Hand feeding babies are priced considerably less than weaned birds. However the responsibility should be undertaken only by persons with the experience and commitment required to give these babies the care that they deserve and require. We care about our babies, and the last thing we want to do is to place them in the hands of someone who lacks the experience to care for them properly. The only guarantee we offer on hand feeding baby birds is live arrival.
- all birds...Jungle Enterprises of Miami is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Jungle Enterprises of Miami is in no case responsible for any damages in excess of the purchase price of the bird(s). Any dispute shall be governed by Florida law, and exclusive jurisdiction for resolution shall be Dade County Florida.
- payment...Payment is required in advance by cashier check or money order.
- service charge…For all orders under $2000 there is a service charge of $250
- Any purchase from Jungle Enterprises of Miami is made under the terms and conditions specified above. Credit for any birds returned under the above terms shall be applied to subsequent purchases. Such credit shall expire if not used within 1 year. No other terms or conditions apply unless specified in writing.
